❗New Features:

1. Pre-Qualification Questions. Departments now have the ability to set up pre-qualification questions that customers will need to complete prior to submitting the Event to the Department for approval. We support the following types of Questions: • Logical question - Yes / No answer• Logical questions also support nesting, meaning depending on the answer you can create follow-up questions. (e.g. Does your Event need a permit? If they answer yes, then ask for the permit number.)• Narrative – Customer get an open textbox where they can write out the complete answer.• Multiple choice - Question where you can add as many items as you prefer. Customers can select all that are applicable. We add the final item as ‘None of the above’ to all multiple choice questions.

All questions also have a mandatory flag that, if set, requires that the question must be answered in order to submit the event for approval.

To setup questions, the Department needs to select the Organization Settings tab and then click on Event Questions. Then click the Add Question button.

Once you save the questions, they will be presented to the client prior to submitting the event for approval.

When the event has been submitted to the department for approval you will see the View Questions button below be the Event approval button.
