❗New Features:

  1. Department Daily Email Update. Department Administrators, ODC’s and Watch Coordinators now get a daily email detailing all of the outstanding requests that require their attention.

🚀 Improvements:

  1. Watch Coordinator Dashboard. The dashboard for Watch Coordinators has now been updated to show all department admin functionality alongside their upcoming shift schedules and timecards.
  2. Timecard Optimization. When an officer clocks out of a shift, they will now automatically be re-directed to the timecard for submittal.
  3. Hyperwallet Account Acknowledgement. When an officer or department finishes their Hyperwallet account creation, they will be shown an acknowledgement screen and sent an email confirmation.
  4. Asset Recovery Costs. Assets are now broken out in individual line-item breakdowns instead of being rolled up into a single charge.
  5. Shift Cancellation after Clock-In. Officers no longer have the ability to cancel their shift after clocking-in.
  6. Company Planner Access. Users that have the ‘Company Planner’ role can now see the payment source of each project.
  7. Event & Timecard Logs. More details have been added to both the Event and Timecard logs.
