❗New Features:

1. Event Modifications. Illuno is announcing a new Feature that enables events to be modified by both the department and customers throughout the event. This will streamline the communication between every party and allow for real-time audit tracking throughout every event on the platform. Depending on the time that the modifications are made, bi-party approvals and agreements will need to be made. More details are listed below and examples are shown under ‘Additional Resources’.Now when a customer submits an event to the department for approval, the department can make all necessary changes before sending the event back to the customer. This will send a notification to the customer with the detailed changes for their approval and posting.Should their be a change requested from either the department or the customer during the event, a notification will be sent to the corresponding party, requesting approval to the modify the event.
2. Event Summary - Charge Tab. Once a customer is charged via a charge or ACH debit, a new tab appears in the Event Summary called ‘Charges’. Within the Charges tab, customers have access to an itemized breakdown for every charge to their payment source(s).
   Please note, all charges prior to this update, will show as ‘Not Dated’.

When a change has taken place, a new tab appears called ‘Change Request’. On this tab, an explanation is required for each change to increase communication and optimize the workflow.

Once the change has been submit, the party whose approval is required will be notified in-app and via email. The same Change Requests tab will now be available to them as well and request they view the modifcations.

At this point they need to approve each item before posting the Event. They can also send a message back requesting more clarification.

Once every item is approved, the changes will go into effect.
