❗New Features:
- Internal Events with No Timecard. Illuno is announcing a new Feature at enables Internal Events with No timecard. This functionality is enabled on a per event basis and needs to be selected prior to posting the event. With this feature enabled, Officers and Department Administrators will not be prompted with timecard reminders, as they will not have the option to complete a timecard once the shift is over. If you are a department administrator and require this feature to be enabled, please contact support at Support@Illuno.com and submit a request.

As the department after creating your internal event and getting ready to Post the Event. You have the option to Disable Officers Timecards. If you don’t see that option contact Support and request it.
Once you turn the switch ‘On’ and prior to clicking on the ‘Post This Event’ button. Remember to hit ‘Save’ that the bottom of the screen.
Once you have click ‘Save’, click the ‘Post this Event’ button. The jobs will now be posted to the officers per the department cadence settings.
The Event is labeled for both the Department and the Officers as to whether or not timecards are required for the Event, as shown below.
