❗New Features:

1. Assignable Duties. illuno is announcing the new Assignable Duties feature set. After this release, departments on the illuno platform will have the ability to share or assign specific duties to Customers and/or Affiliates to utilize.
   When the Department assigns a duty to a Customer or Affiliate, they now have the ability to select that duty from the list of available duties when creating a new Event. Previous to this update, all Department created duties were considered “internal” and were not accessible to anyone but Department Administrators.
   More Information is included below with screenshots.

🚀 Improvements:

1. Event Log. The newly implemented Event Log will give the Department, Customer and scheduled Officers access to the entire history of the Event.
   The log will display more information on the following actions regarding the status of the Event:
   1. When the Event was created.
   2. When it was submitted for Department approval
   3. When it was approved.
   4. When it was posted by the Customer.
   5. Current Payment Status.The log will display the name of the user who completed the action and a timestamp detailing when the action was taken. We will continue to add more information to this log over time in the interest of total transparency.
   Note: For Events created prior to 8/30/2022, the log will state “This event was created prior to the release of version 4.4.3”.

✅ Bug Fixes:

Minor performance increases made to the system.

Assignable Duties.

When creating the Duty, the Department need to check the ‘Assigned’ checkbox.

Then once the Duty has been created the Department can Select who to share it with.

On the Duties tab the Department can look at the list of duties for the status of the Duty.

While Inside an Event you can also get the Event log using Icon on the toolbar
