Version 4.4.22

Job Claiming Improvements · Released 11/23/2023

🚀 Improvements:

  1. Officers: Job Claiming Process Improvement. In an effort to improve the job claim process we have made the following changes:Signing up for a job is now just one click away, the old 2 click method of opening the Side nav bar to get more job details has been simplified. The New Find Jobs panel now displays the Event Name, Customer Name, Shift time and Date, Payout, and the Number of shift(s) Available. There is now a button labeled “More Info” which will open the original Side Panel where you can see the Vicinity map and more details. Also, should you have a shift conflict, the conflict details will appear in the side panel. Once you click on the Sign-up, you will be able to sign up for additional shifts. You no longer need to wait to see whether or not you successfully got the job. The platform queues requests in the order we receive them from the officers. As shifts get awarded you will see the Status on your screen change. The status is as follows:Blue – You claimed that shiftYellow – You have a conflicting shiftRed – Not Available – This means another officer claimed the Shift first. New Pagination at the top and bottom of each page – to better display the number of pages of jobs. You also have the ability only show shifts that you do not have a Conflict by clearing the Checkbox on the left ‘Include Conflicted’ The My Jobs page will also be updated with the shift(s) you have successfully signed up for. The Find jobs page contains Dynamic content, which means that if you see a job on page 2 it might not be there once you navigate to other pages and return to page 2. The jobs list is constantly updated to show you the best and most accurate representation of the jobs available for you to claim.
  2. Officers + Customers: Unsubmitted Timecards. Per our terms and conditions, any timecards that are not submitted by their assigned officer within 7 days of the shift date will now be automatically marked as ‘Not Worked’, and the customer’s corresponding invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
  3. Customers: Event Expiration.Events that have expired and are still in a ‘Submitted for Approval’ or ‘Approved’ status will automatically be archived. You will still have the ability to copy and update these Events in the future if needed.
