❗New Features:

1. Officer Clock In / Out. illuno is excited to announce that Officers working a shift on the platform will now be able to Clock in and out at the beginning and end of their shift(s). Before this update, Officers would manually create a timecard after the shift was worked. This new ability will give real-time insight to the Officers, Departments and Customers for shifts scheduled and worked on platform. Between Clocking out and submitting their final timecard, Officers will still have the opportunity to make any changes or corrections to their timecard. This will allow Officers to Clock in upon arrival even if it is well before the scheduled start time and also adjust the clock-in time back to the scheduled start time if they forget to Clock in. Clock in and out times are rounded to the nearest 15 minute interval.As previously stated, this will bring transparency into the Officer’s timecard which allows the Department and Customer to have record of when the officer arrived on-site. The Department is notified if a shift starts and the officer has not yet clocked in. The Department has the ability under their account preferences to turn these notification on or off.

🚀 Improvements:

1. Officer Dashboard. We have also introduced an Officer Dashboard that shows their next 10 upcoming shifts. The Clock in / Clock out button appears on the Dashboard for ease of use. The other section on the Dashboard shows all of the Officer’s timecards that need attention. We will continue to add new features and additional functionality to this Dashboard over time.
2. Timecard Logs. As the department Admin you have the Ability to look at the Entire timecard history. From the Department Dashboard the Administrator has the ability using the Shift Graphs to click in and obtain officer status. In following Releases, this Log will become available to all parties.
