Release notes
Version 4.3.0
Auto-Completion and End Dates · Released 6/15/2022
❗New Features:
- Event Auto Completion. This will allow your events to automatically transition to a completed status once the last payment has cleared and has been disbursed.
- New Event Status (Pending Payments). This new Event status, ‘Pending Payments’, will provide more insight and clarity into the Event as payments are being made and distributed. Prior to this update, an Event would move into ‘Completed’ status prior to the final pay distribution.
- Event End Date. We have added end dates to ensure approval compliance in every Event posted on our platform. The End Date serves to lock an Event from any additional changes after 00:00 the day after the last shift in the Event and prevents any shifts being added past this date during the event.
As an example, if the last shift in your Event ends at 5:00 PM on Monday, your predetermined Event End Date will be at midnight / 0000 Tuesday morning. After that time, no shifts can be added or changed in the Event.
🚀 Improvements:
- Visual improvements to the Cost Breakdown of an Event. There is more clarity into each stage of the Event process and the associated costs. The Cost Estimate will now lock after Event approval and all changes will be accurately reflected in the Total Cost Breakdown. Cancellation charges are now being individually line itemed on each remaining estimate and invoice to provide greater clarity to the Customer and Department.
✅ Bug Fixes:
Minor performance increases made to the system.
